Affiliate KOL Manager

Our clientdesigns and distributes innovative health-focused home appliances, such as high-gentleness air purifiers, sanitizing vacuum cleaners, and air quality equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Affiliate & KOL Network Management: Recruit, onboard, and manage top-performing Affiliates and KOLs across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, setting content strategies that drive high conversions.
• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute Mega Campaigns (Double Day, Payday) by optimizing budgets, commission structures, and ROI to maximize GMV and orders.
• Data-Driven Growth: Track key metrics (GMV, Traffic, Conversion, AOV, ROAS) using analytics dashboards to refine triggers and unlock new revenue streams.
• Partnership & Coaching: Analyze creator performance to provide actionable feedback, while building long-term relationships with top creators and MCNs for exclusive deals.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5+ years of direct experience in Affiliate & KOL Management within Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop ecosystems.
• Track Record: Proven history of scalable achievements (e.g., measurable GMV growth, ROI uplift, successful campaign metrics).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce platform analytics.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Language Proficiency: Intermediate or higher command of English (written and verbal).
