Affiliate Manager / Associate Director

To drive affiliate commerce growth through creator or MCN. The role is responsible for end-to-end affiliate ecosystem from affiliate strategy which including creator, commission, product as well as an affiliate tactics to achieve the goal, campaign execution, performance optimization, and growth in both revenue, number of creator, ROI across platforms included TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other commerce channels. Also, affiliate creator communities management in which empowered by the data driven approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

1. Affiliate Strategy & Planning

• Develop affiliate strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities through creators, publishers, communities, and affiliate networks.
• Build affiliate plans to maximize GMV, ROAS, and sales conversion.
• Analyze category trends, competitors, and marketplace opportunities.

2. Partnership Growth & Activation Management

• Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate creators and community partners.
• Build and maintain long-term affiliate partner relationships.
• Negotiate commission structures and participation terms.
• Expand affiliate partner networks and creator portfolios.
• Collaborate with MCN, TAP.

3. Campaign Management & Optimization

• Execute affiliate campaigns from planning, set up as well as reporting.
• Set up Affiliate campaign through system included TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada.
• Create affiliate, creator challenge for affiliate community which aligned with client objective.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize content, commission, and creator mix.
• Ensure campaigns meet client KPIs and revenue targets.

4. Performance & Analytics

• Track key metrics including:

  • GMV
  • ROAS
  • Conversion Rate
  • Order Volume
  • Commission Efficiency
  • Content
  • Creator
  • Affiliate Contribution %

• Generate insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Prepare client-facing reports and performance reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5+ years in Affiliate Marketing, Social Commerce, E-commerce, or Performance Marketing.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and affiliate ecosystems.
• Experience managing creators, KOCs, MCNs, publishers, or affiliate networks.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent Thai and English communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel and performance dashboards.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
