About the role

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to lead our affiliate team and drive GMV growth through strategic planning and execution. In this role, you will manage client relationships, develop affiliate campaigns, and optimize performance across channels. You will also mentor junior team members, helping them grow professionally and improve team effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• **Team & Business Strategy :**Lead the overall strategy and execution of the TikTok Shop affiliate business, driving team performance, GMV growth, and business development. Monitor market trends, platform updates, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities and develop strategies that support sustainable business growth.
• **Affiliate & Community Development:**Develop and scale a high-performing affiliate and creator ecosystem through strategic recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management. Build strong partnerships with key affiliates, influencers, and content creators to drive community engagement, affiliate performance, and business growth.
• **Performance Optimization:**Drive affiliate performance and efficiency through data-driven tracking, incentive and retention programs, and continuous optimization. Analyze content output, creator efficiency, GMV, conversion, ROI, and other key metrics to identify growth opportunities, improve productivity, and maximize campaign and business performance.
• **Stakeholder & Client Management:**Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brand clients and cross-functional teams. Align business objectives, communicate affiliate strategies, and lead the planning and execution of affiliate marketing initiatives that drive traffic, sales, GMV, and brand visibility on TikTok Shop.
• **Team Leadership:**Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Affiliate Executives, providing clear direction, performance coaching, and regular feedback. Set team goals and KPIs, monitor performance, and support team members' professional development and growth.
• **Event & Industry Representation :**represent the company at creator, affiliate, and industry events to strengthen brand presence and expand the affiliate network. Lead booth presentations, engage with potential partners and content creators, and drive post-event follow-up, relationship building, and conversion.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital partnerships, with at least 1 year in a managerial or team lead role
• Strong understanding of TikTok, affiliate ecosystems, and social commerce dynamics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with experience using affiliate dashboards, digital marketing tools, and Google Analytics
• Fluent in English communication
