Affiliate manager

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our growing team and manage relationships with affiliate partners, drive traffic, and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners.
• Manage existing affiliate relationships and negotiate commercial terms.
• Monitor traffic, conversions, deposits, and affiliate performance.
• Develop and execute affiliate campaigns to achieve business targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve campaign results.
• Prepare regular performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure affiliate activities follow company policies and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in iGaming.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Understanding of affiliate KPIs, CPA, RevShare, and conversion tracking.
• Analytical mindset with good reporting skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.
