Affiliate Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates, introducers, and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships, providing ongoing support and resolving escalated issues.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and partner engagement activities to support client acquisition and investment activity.
• Monitor partner performance against KPIs using CRM and analytics tools.
• Prepare regular reports on business performance, investment volumes, and market trends.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Compliance to ensure partnership activities and promotional materials meet internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant experience in affiliate management, partnerships, business development, or account management, preferably within financial services, capital markets, or fintech.
• Understanding of financial markets, investment products, and digital marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical skills and the ability to use CRM systems and performance reports.
• Professional integrity, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
