What they need

Our client is a FX Broker based in Limassol and they are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Affiliate Manager to establish, develop and lead the growth of the Company’s affiliate network across European markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to build the European affiliate function from the ground up, develop the affiliate acquisition strategy, establish high-value partnerships and create a scalable affiliate network within a CySEC-regulated investment firm.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the Company’s European affiliate strategy, leveraging existing industry relationships and identifying new business opportunities, while ensuring that all affiliate activities comply with the applicable regulatory framework and the Company’s internal compliance requirements.

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the Company’s European growth strategy and play a key role in building a sustainable, performance-driven and fully compliant affiliate operation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Establishing and developing the Company’s European affiliate network from the ground up, with a focus exclusively on European markets in which the Company is authorised to operate.
  • Developing and implementing affiliate acquisition and retention strategies aligned with the Company’s commercial objectives and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying, recruiting and building long-term partnerships with affiliates, publishers, Introducing Brokers (IBs) and other relevant marketing partners across European markets.
  • Leveraging existing industry relationships and proactively identifying new opportunities to expand the Company’s affiliate presence.
  • Taking ownership of the affiliate function’s development, including partnership strategies, commercial models, operational processes and performance objectives.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and affiliate agreements in accordance with the Company’s internal policies and approval procedures.
  • Managing and optimising affiliate performance, including lead generation, client acquisition, conversion rates, client quality, acquisition costs and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Working closely with the Marketing, Compliance, Legal and other relevant departments to ensure that all affiliate activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements, including CySEC requirements, MiFID II obligations and relevant national requirements in the European markets concerned.
  • Ensuring that affiliates use only Company-approved marketing materials and comply with applicable requirements concerning financial promotions, risk warnings, disclosures and advertising practices.
  • Monitoring affiliate websites, landing pages, social media accounts, advertising campaigns and other promotional channels to identify potentially misleading or non-compliant content and coordinating corrective actions with the relevant internal departments.
  • Ensuring that affiliate campaigns target only permitted markets and audiences, in accordance with the Company’s regulatory permissions, internal policies and applicable local restrictions.
  • Supporting affiliate onboarding, due diligence, ongoing monitoring and periodic review procedures in coordination with the relevant internal departments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of affiliate agreements, marketing approvals, campaign performance and relevant communications in accordance with the Company’s internal procedures.
  • Analysing market trends, competitor activity and affiliate performance to identify new partnership opportunities across European markets.
  • Preparing regular reports on affiliate performance, commercial results, acquisition costs and other relevant performance indicators.
  • Ensuring that affiliate-related activities comply with the Company’s internal policies, procedures and applicable data protection and privacy requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Affiliate Management, preferably within the Forex/CFD or broader financial services industry.
  • A proven track record of acquiring, developing and managing successful affiliate partnerships, ideally within a regulated financial services environment.
  • An established network of affiliate partners, publishers, Introducing Brokers (IBs) and other relevant industry contacts across European markets will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Previous experience in launching, building or significantly expanding an affiliate programme or partnership network.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate commercial models, including CPA, Revenue Share and Hybrid agreements, as well as affiliate performance metrics and tracking platforms.
  • Good understanding of the regulatory considerations applicable to the promotion of financial products and services across European markets. Familiarity with CySEC requirements, MiFID II and applicable national marketing restrictions will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of the affiliate function and develop long-term business growth strategies.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages will be considered an advantage.
  • High professional and ethical standards, with a strong commitment to regulatory compliance and responsible marketing practices.
  • Computer literate, with experience using affiliate tracking platforms, CRM systems and reporting tools considered an advantage.
  • The position involves residency in Limassol, Cyprus.

Benefits:

  • A very appealing, competitive remuneration package based on experience.
  • Excellent working environment with opportunities for personal and professional development.
  • The opportunity to build and develop the Company’s European affiliate function and make a meaningful contribution to its growth strategy.
  • Full medical insurance coverage.
  • Provident fund after 6 months of employment.
