About Aventus Group: aventusgroup.com

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to strengthen our affiliate acquisition function and support the growth of CPA partnerships across South Africa and Argentina.

You will join an established affiliate team and work closely with existing channel managers to scale partner acquisition, optimize performance, and ensure sustainable growth across multiple brands. This role combines partnership development, analytics, operational management, and performance marketing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship building and working with data.

Our in-house teams already manage other digital marketing channels, including SEO, Paid Media, CRM, and Product Marketing. Your mission will be to develop and grow affiliate partnerships, manage CPA networks and publishers, and drive high-quality customer acquisition through performance-based marketing models.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the affiliate acquisition channel across South African and Argentinian markets.

  • Plan acquisition volumes and marketing budgets across CPA networks and key affiliate partners.

  • Monitor daily traffic performance, including clicks, leads, funded loans, CPS, and other key metrics.

  • Analyze performance fluctuations and identify opportunities to improve results.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with CPA networks, affiliates, publishers, and lead generation partners.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and support contractual processes with partners.

  • Organize documentation, perform reconciliations, and ensure timely partner payments.

  • Maintain the affiliate payment calendar and oversee financial obligations related to CPA partnerships.

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners and traffic sources under CPA/CPS models.

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis, including offers, payouts, and promotional activities.

  • Monitor traffic quality and prevent fraudulent activities such as motivated traffic, cookie stuffing, and PPC brand bidding.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, CPA Partnership Management, or Performance Marketing.

  • Hands-on experience working with CPA networks, affiliate partners, and publisher ecosystems.

  • Strong partnership management and negotiation skills.

  • Experience with financial reconciliations, payment tracking, and partner documentation processes.

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets and performance metrics.

  • Good understanding of digital marketing metrics, conversion funnels, and performance acquisition models.

  • Understanding of attribution, tracking technologies, and performance marketing principles.

  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.

  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in FinTech, Digital Lending, Banking, Financial Services, or E-commerce.

  • Experience working with international markets.

  • Knowledge of traffic quality control and fraud prevention practices.

  • Experience with affiliate integrations, postbacks, tracking systems, and analytics tools.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work with fast-growing brands across South Africa and Latin America.

  • Strong support from an experienced international team and well-established processes.

  • Professional and career growth opportunities within a global fintech group.

  • Fully remote work format.

  • 3-month probation period.

  • Collaborative and supportive team environment with a strong knowledge-sharing culture.
