About the role

TEVIANT is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Associate to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in San Juan City, Metro Manila. As an Affiliate Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our affiliate marketing strategy, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and channel optimisation. This position is essential to expanding TEVIANT's market reach and establishing strong relationships with affiliate partners across digital channels.

What you'll be doing

• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners aligned with TEVIANT's brand values and business objectives
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliate partners to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction
• Monitor affiliate campaign performance using analytics tools and reporting systems to track conversions, clicks and revenue generation
• Develop competitive commission structures and promotional incentives to attract and retain high-performing affiliates
• Create and distribute marketing materials, product feeds and promotional content to support affiliate partners in their promotional efforts
• Analyse affiliate data and market trends to identify opportunities for channel optimisation and growth
• Collaborate with internal teams including product, content and digital marketing to ensure alignment on affiliate initiatives
• Troubleshoot affiliate issues and provide timely support to resolve technical or payment-related concerns
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging affiliate marketing trends to keep TEVIANT competitive

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing or digital marketing roles
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing channels, networks and commission-based business models
• Proficiency in affiliate tracking platforms, marketing automation tools and analytics software (Google Analytics, Excel, CMS platforms)
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse partner networks
• Demonstrated ability to analyse data, identify trends and develop actionable insights
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities with attention to detail
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC and digital advertising best practices
• Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management principles
• Proactive mindset with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
