We’re looking for a Affiliate Paid Executive who is passionate about building impactful partnerships and driving performance through collaboration. In this role, you’ll execute the strategy, manage day-to-day operations, and support the budgeting of KOL initiatives that directly contribute to sales growth and brand visibility . You’ll be responsible for optimizing campaign spend, ensuring cost efficiency, and maximizing ROI. Working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and commercial teams, you’ll design and deliver campaigns that merge creativity, data, and business impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to define marketing campaigns on social media platforms and other digital channels.
• Identify, research, and recruit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers aligned with the brand's image and target audience
• Manage end-to-end collaborations, including contract negotiations, content planning, and campaign execution
• Build and maintain strong, positive, and long-term relationships with KOLs and partners.
• Keep up with the latest marketing trends, consumer behavior, and competitor movements to keep NEWLAB+ ahead of the curve

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 year experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter marketing including creator ecosystem, formats, and trend behavior.
• Strong communication skills with confidence when dealing with creators.
• Passion for beauty and skin care is a must.
• Willing to WFO at Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat.
