About the role
We're looking for a performance-driven affiliate Marketing Specialist to grow and scale high-impact affiliate and creator partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute affiliate & influencer marketing strategies to drive acquisition and revenue
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, creators, and partners
- Monitor, analyze, reporting and optimize campaign performance
- Maintain strong relationships with affiliates and ensure compliance with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams
- Analyze data and deliver actionable performance insights and reports
About you
- 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate, Performance, or KOL Marketing
- Strong understanding of performance-driven marketing
- Hands-on experience with affiliate or creator platforms (e.g. Shopee, TikTok)
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship skills
- Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands is a plus
