Affiliate Specialist (E-commerce)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Affiliate Growth & Partnership

• Develop and execute affiliate strategies to drive sales growth, brand visibility, and customer acquisition across e-commerce and social commerce channels.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage KOLs, KOCs, MCNs, and content creators on platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee.
• Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms to maximize ROI.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to improve sales and conversion.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, including GMV, ROI, affiliate productivity, and campaign effectiveness.

2. E-commerce Store Operations

• Manage the day-to-day operation of assigned e-commerce stores, including campaign setup, product listings, thumbnails, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with e-commerce enablers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth store operations.
• Review and reconcile sales orders, revenue, and operational expenses.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Manage contracts, payment requests, and administrative processes related to affiliate and e-commerce activities.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners to execute campaigns effectively.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities to continuously improve affiliate performance.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in E-commerce, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing.
• Proven experience in managing affiliate programs, KOL/KOC campaigns, or creator partnerships with measurable business results.
• Strong understanding of Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce marketplace operations.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms, campaign management, and seller center operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Working Time: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
