About the Role

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Relationship Manager to grow the high net-worth portfolio. You will acquire new clients, deepen existing relationships, and provide holistic wealth and financial solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and grow a portfolio of affluent clients.
• Build trusted relationships and deliver personalised financial advice.
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable wealth, investment, and banking solutions.
• Drive sales, referrals, and customer acquisition through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Keep clients informed of market trends and investment opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing relationship management.
• Organise and participate in client engagement, marketing, and business development activities.
• Collaborate with internal partners to generate referrals and business opportunities.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, risk policies, and banking standards.
