Our client, a Vault-ranked Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an attorney with 3 to 7 years of experience to join its Affordable Housing and Finance practice. The team represents institutional lenders in multifamily real estate transactions nationwide, with a particular focus on financing through federal, state, and local affordable housing programs.

What They're Looking For

• 3 to 7 years of transactional real estate finance experience

• Experience representing clients in Fannie Mae and/or Freddie Mac transactions

• Affordable housing finance experience is a plus, but not required

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills

• Admission (or eligibility for admission) in the state of the primary office location

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $195,000 to $227,500 , depending on experience, plus a competitive bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
