AFI - Lead (Administration )

Role & responsibilities

• Manage housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and other facility operations to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.
• Oversee vendor performance, manpower deployment, SLA compliance, and service quality across all soft services.
• Handle employee and guest service requirements, including complaints, events, meetings, and VIP visits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, audits, and HSE standards.
• Monitor safety practices, emergency preparedness, and workplace hygiene initiatives.
• Control facility costs, verify vendor invoices, and prepare MIS reports on operations, complaints, SLA performance, and expenses.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Diploma in Facility Management, Hospitality, Administration or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in facility/soft-services management.
• Experience in corporate offices, IT/ITES, commercial buildings, industrial sites or large facilities.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping, security, cafeteria, vendor management and facility operations.
• Good communication, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, SLA/KPI and audit processes.
