After Care Instructor

We are looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Aftercare Instructor to join our team! The instructor will supervise students in Junior Kindergarten–5th Grade and create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment where children can relax, complete homework, socialize, and participate in fun, age-appropriate after-school activities.

Responsibilities

Supervise students and maintain a safe, positive environment

Assist with homework and lead games, crafts, and activities

Encourage positive behavior and social interactions

Communicate professionally with parents and school staff

Assist with student dismissal and parent pick-up

Qualifications

Experience working with children ages 4–11 preferred

Patient, positive, and enthusiastic attitude

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Dependable, punctual, and responsible

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain
