After-Sale Software Engineer

工作职责

1. 负责现场无人车多传感器标定及验证工作，确保无人车系统稳定、可靠运行。
2. 负责现场无人车系统检查，主动识别潜在风险和隐患，并及时发起预防性维护、标定及校准工作，保障车辆持续稳定运行。
3. 负责无人车软件版本升级、部署及升级后的功能验证，确保版本发布过程顺利并满足运营要求。
4. 负责售后运营周报的编写、整理及提交客户，跟踪运营状态、问题闭环及优化进展。

Job Description

1. Multi-sensor Calibration and Validation：Responsible for on-site multi-sensor calibration and validation of autonomous vehicles to ensure stable and reliable system operation.
2. System Inspection and Preventive Maintenance：Perform regular system inspections of autonomous vehicles, proactively identify potential risks, and initiate preventive maintenance, calibration, and optimization activities to ensure continuous and stable operation.
3. Software Version Upgrade and Verification：Responsible for autonomous vehicle software version upgrades, deployment, and post-upgrade validation to ensure smooth release and operational readiness.
4. After-sales Operation Reporting and Customer Communication：Prepare and submit weekly after-sales operation reports to customers, including operational status, issue tracking, and improvement progress.
