After-Sales Commissioning Engineer

About the role

Responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and machine monitoring of non-standard automated equipment used in the lithium battery industry, ensuring the equipment operates normally.

Key responsibilities

• Handle various equipment issues at customer sites, identify and analyse the root cause of problems, report findings to management, and provide improvement suggestions
• Coordinate internal resources to resolve issues efficiently and ensure projects progress according to schedule
• Perform offline/online equipment optimisation, upgrades and modifications
• Follow up on on-site testing tasks assigned by the R&D department, assist with prototype/sample machine validation and optimisation
• Provide feedback on issues and recommendations
• Conduct equipment operation and maintenance training for customer personnel
• Coordinate with Sales, Product and other departments to communicate customers' key requirements
• Maintain good customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction
• Assist the Sales team with equipment acceptance, ensuring the equipment meets the required technical specifications

About you

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience leading at least two projects on-site
• Able to accommodate reasonable overtime
