After-Sales Engineer

Job Descriptions:

1. Perform advanced repair and maintenance of the company's products, including component- and board-level troubleshooting and repair, ensuring timely and effective resolution of equipment failures.
2. Analyze and summarize repair cases, prepare repair training materials, and provide guidance on troubleshooting and optimization of repair processes.
3. Conduct failure analysis of defective PCBs and mechanical components and propose recommendations for product quality improvement.
4. Collaborate with the HQ R&D team to identify, troubleshoot, and analyze product issues, contributing to continuous product quality improvement and higher customer complaint resolution rates.
5. Organize and deliver regular training sessions on the repair of new products to enhance the technical skills of the repair team.

You are the perfect candidate if you have:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of digital circuit analysis, with the ability to diagnose and analyze electronic circuit and component failures.
3. Electronic repair experience is preferred (not required). Proficient in using soldering irons, hot air rework stations, oscilloscopes, and other electronic repair tools. Familiar with electronic components and soldering techniques.
4. Strong motivation, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to developing technical skills are highly valued.
5. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prepare technical documentation and training materials. Experience in data analysis is preferred.
6. Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
