Position: After-sales Engineer

Working Hours: 9am – 6pm

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for commissioning and testing the company's products across the Southeast Asia region.
• Handle customer complaints and technical issues related to the company's products in Southeast Asia.
• Perform daily maintenance and operational support for the company's products in the region.
• Conduct quarterly inspection and preventive maintenance services for customers.
• Organise and conduct product training and learning sessions for customers.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Automation, HVAC, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in after-sales maintenance, electrical control equipment maintenance, or a related position.
• Able to support customer complaints and service requests on a standby basis.
• Willing to travel to China for training and to other Southeast Asian countries for business support when required.

Working Location & Travel Details:

• Working location is at client site, mainly in JB, Malaysia.
• Mainly work in Malaysia. However, if overseas support is needed, travel to Southeast Asian countries will be required.
• Overseas travel frequency is less than 5 times per month.
• One trip is a maximum of 15 days.
• Training at China is once per year, one week per trip.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

• Do you have a Diploma or Degree in Automation, HVAC, or a related field?

• How many years of hands-on experience do you have in after-sales maintenance, electrical control equipment maintenance, or a related role?

• Do you have hands-on experience troubleshooting HVAC or electrical control systems?

• Are you willing to work at client sites (mainly in Malaysia) and travel to Southeast Asian countries for business support (less than 5 trips per month, up to 15 days per trip) plus once-a-year training in China (1 week)?

• Are you able to support customer complaints and service requests on a standby (on-call) basis?

• Are you currently based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia and willing to work at client sites as assigned?

• Do you have experience in ICT cooling, data center cooling, or precision cooling systems?

• Have you conducted product training or knowledge-sharing sessions for customers before?

• What is your last drawn basic salary & fixed monthly allowance and expected basic salary & fixed monthly allowance (RM) per month?

What is your resignation notice period?
