After Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing & Commissioning: Supervise and verify the final testing, programming, and commissioning of VRF networks to ensure compliance with design specs.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues, providing rapid on-site and remote technical support to clients and field technicians.
• Warranty Management: Evaluate warranty claims, coordinate spare parts replacement with factories or logistics, and manage the technical resolution of equipment defects.
• Client Training: Conduct hand-over briefings and technical training sessions for client facility managers and operations teams on system handling and optimization.
• Reporting & Documentation: Generate comprehensive service reports, root-cause analysis (RCA) logs, and maintain accurate records of equipment service histories.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technology.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in after-sales service, commissioning, or maintenance of large-scale commercial HVAC/ACMV systems.
• Strong practical knowledge of controls, compressors, VRF piping diagnostics, and building management systems (BMS).
• Ability to read electrical schematics, and use advanced HVAC diagnostic tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure, a customer-first mindset, and strong communication skills to handle client complaints tactfully.
