After-Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for solar inverters and energy storage systems.
• Assist customers with installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose product issues and provide technical solutions.
• Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams.
• Prepare service and troubleshooting reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related engineering field).
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience (After-Sales / Technical Support)
• Must have a valid Electrician License/ Electrical Work Certificate.
• Good technical knowledge of solar inverter, ESS, battery and grid systems.
• Experience with solar inverter, ESS, battery or photovoltaic systems is a plus.
• Experience in site inspection, project implementation, and technical support is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned to and work on-site in Makati City.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
