After-sales Maintenance Engineer 售后技术工程师

1. Responsible for receiving, inspecting, troubleshooting and repairing faulty batteries and BMS protection boards returned from the market; for common after-sales faults such as no charging, no discharging, no output, abnormal protection, large pressure difference, abnormal temperature, poor contact, etc., complete maintenance operations such as replacing cells, repairing protection boards, rectifying circuits, and refurbishing assembly.
2. Conduct full-function re-testing on the repaired batteries and BMS products, including charging and discharging tests, voltage sampling, balancing function, high and low temperature protection, load performance, static power consumption, etc., to ensure that the repaired products meet performance standards and functions are normal, and to prevent secondary rework issues.
3. Responsible for collecting, classifying and recording after-sales fault information, establishing a maintenance ledger, clearly recording fault phenomena, maintenance methods, replacement materials, and maintenance results; cooperate with hardware testing engineers to complete failure analysis, provide real and effective fault data, and assist in locating batch problems.
4. Respond to customers' daily after-sales inquiries and fault feedback, remotely assist customers in troubleshooting battery equipment usage issues and simple fault repairs; cooperate with the team to complete customer return-to-factory maintenance coordination, synchronization of repair progress, and after-sales answers, to enhance the customer's after-sales experience.
5. Classify and organize maintenance materials, scrapped batteries, faulty boards, and good spare parts; standardize maintenance operation procedures, implement 5S management at the maintenance site, control maintenance material losses, and save after-sales maintenance costs.
6. Summarize common after-sales fault repair methods, sort out frequent fault repair difficulties, feedback product process and quality issues, cooperate with the optimization of maintenance operation standards, and continuously reduce product rework rate and repair time.

1.负责市场退回故障电池、BMS保护板的接收、检测、故障排查与维修修复；针对不充电、不放电、无输出、保护异常、压差大、温度异常、接触不良等常见售后故障，完成电芯更换、保护板维修、线路整改、组装翻新等维修作业。

2.对维修后的电池、BMS成品进行全功能复测，包含充放电测试、电压采样、均衡功能、高低温保护、负载性能、静态功耗等校验，确保维修后产品性能达标、功能正常，杜绝二次返修问题。

3.负责售后故障信息统计、分类、记录，建立维修台账，清晰记录故障现象、维修方式、更换物料、维修结果；配合硬件测试工程师完成失效分析，提供真实有效的故障数据，协助定位批量性问题。

4.对接客户日常售后咨询、故障反馈，远程协助客户排查电池设备使用问题、简单故障修复；配合团队完成客户返厂维修对接、返修进度同步、售后答疑，提升客户售后体验。

5.负责维修物料、报废电芯、故障板、良品备件的分类整理、台账管理；规范维修作业流程，落实维修现场5S管理，管控维修物料损耗，节约售后维修成本。

6.总结常见售后故障维修方法，梳理高频故障维修难点，反馈产品工艺、品质问题，配合优化维修作业标准，持续降低产品返修率与维修耗时。
