After Sales Planning Executive

Job Responsibilities:-

• Support stock planning and fulfilment rate calculations.
• Support sales analysis and reporting.
• Analyse stock arrival lead times and identify potential delays.
• Coordinate parts purchase orders.
• Monitor the goods delivery process to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Perform parts inventory administration and processing functions.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:-

• Degree in Analytical Studies, Business Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP system is an added advantage.
• Experience in inventory control, demand forecasting, and inventory optimisation techniques is an added advantage.
