After Sales Service

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement dealer service capability development plans, including service procedures, standards, documents, and tools.
• Improve and standardize after-sales service processes and workflows across dealers and service operations.
• Pilot new service approaches and develop best-practice / benchmark dealers or branches.
• Develop service management standards and tools for implementation across different regions.
• Train, coach, and develop service personnel, technical teams, and service management staff.
• Analyze service performance and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Support the development of the company's after-sales service network and business in Thailand.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in After-Sales Service Management, with hands-on experience in maintenance or technical service at customer sites.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance, field technical service, or customer-site service.
• Experience in Forklift, Material Handling Equipment, Construction Machinery, Industrial Equipment, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Experience working with dealers, distributors, manufacturers, or regional/head-office service teams will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of aftermarket service operations, service processes, and service management systems.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Thai & English
• Chinese language skills will be an advantage.
• Strong industry network or connections within the material handling / construction machinery industry will be a significant advantage.
