After-Sales Service Technician

What you'll be doing

• Perform both software and hardware repair for all Huawei products (Mobile, Laptops, Tablets, Wearables, IOT, Audio)
• Consistently achieved the target repair completed output of 10 – 15 devices/day
• Maintain low back job rate of 0.5%
• 100% compliance of all technical repair process

What we're looking for

• Proficient in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of a variety of electrical and electronic equipment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and implement creative solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is a must
• College graduate degree holder
• Minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience in same industry preferably from competitor (Samsung and Apple)
• Willing to work in mall with 6 days’ work requirement & 1 day rest day
