We are looking for a After Sales Services – Data Analysis & Operations Support Intern to join our organization in Turkey.

Job Requirements

• Preferably an undergraduate student in Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Good command of Excel.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, file tracking, and basic reporting skills.
• English proficiency to understand and work with English data templates.
• Familiarity with Power Query is preferred; basic knowledge of CRM/database concepts or tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Python is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Consolidate, organize, and prepare data from different sources for analysis and reporting.
• Support weekly and monthly reporting on open service cases, completed activities, and operational KPIs.
• Assist in standardizing recurring data processing and reporting activities.
• Prepare and update tracking files for service partners and maintenance contracts, including inventory, dates, status, and missing documentation.
• Support the organization and maintenance of service partner and operational records.
• Assist the team with assigned and authorized standard data entry, documentation, and tracking activities.
