After Sales Technical Support Engineer (Kubernetes | Cloud Native)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (Remote + Client Site Visits) Note: Candidate must be based in Jakarta as you need to visit client's site

About the Role

Join our cloud-native technical team to provide after-sales technical support, Kubernetes implementation, and enterprise customer solutions. This hybrid-remote role is based in Jakarta, with occasional travel to customer sites for deployment, training, and technical consultation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site product deployment, technical guidance, and customer training.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes, container platform, and cloud infrastructure issues.
• Work closely with the Sales team to deliver technical solutions and identify business opportunities.
• Prepare technical proposals, implementation plans, test reports, and tender documentation.
• Gather customer feedback and translate technical requirements to Product & R&D teams.
• Support partner technical engagements, workshops, and marketing events.
• Manage and resolve customer support tickets within SLA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience in Technical Support, System Administration, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and Cloud Native technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in technical and customer-facing environments.
• Willing to travel for on-site customer support when required.
