• Assist troubleshooting medical device hardware/software issues (by phone, email, on-site).
• Support equipment installation, maintenance, and calibration at customer sites.
• Help create technical documentation like FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
• Share customer feedback with product teams for improvements.
• Participate in training professionals on device operation and safety. Qualifications
• At least 3 full days available per week and might require travels in China
• B.Sc. or higher degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Medicine, Neuroscience, Psychology, or other medical/STEM fields preferred.
• Experience in electrophysiology/data analysis by Matlab would be advantage.
• Problem-solving and technical communication abilities.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills
