What they need
- Receive and process customer returns, defective items, exchange products, and replacement stocks.
- Verify returned items against approved return requests and supporting documents.
- Inspect quantity, SKU, condition, packaging, and completeness of returned products.
- Classify returned items as resalable, defective, damaged, for repair, replacement, disposal, or pending approval.
- Record return and after-sales transactions accurately in the ERP/WMS system.
- Prepare approved replacement items for dispatch.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Logistics, E-commerce, Quality, and other concerned teams.
- Maintain proper segregation and storage of returned and defective items.
- Conduct inventory checks and reconcile after-sales inventory records.
- Prepare reports on returns, replacements, defective items, and pending cases.
- Ensure proper documentation and audit trail for after-sales transactions.
- Follow warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and inventory control procedures.
