About The Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated After School Assistant Teacher to join our team at Just Kids Christian Academy in San Antonio, TX. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing age-appropriate activities and lesson plans
• Supervise and engage with children during playtime and activities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program
• Assist with homework help and tutoring for school-aged children
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow
