Duties

• Lead the development, and implementation of our after-school program aligned with educational standards and community needs
• Supervise staff, and activity coordinators, and support personnel, ensuring high-quality program delivery
• Coordinate daily schedules, activities, and special events to maximize student engagement and learning outcomes
• Oversee enrollment processes, communicate with parents and guardians, and address any concerns promptly
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies
• Manage program budgets, procurement of supplies, and administrative documentation using educational administrative software
• Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback collection and data analysis to continuously improve offerings

Skills

• Proven experience in school or early childhood education
• Excellent staff supervision and personnel management skills within educational settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and educational administrative software tools
• Strong written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students
• Knowledge of childcare practices and early childhood education standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in higher education teaching or university-level program coordination is a plus but not required

Pay: $25.31 - $45.48 per hour
