Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a variety of recreational/ craft activities tailored to children's interests and developmental levels
• Supervise children during after-school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and teamwork among students
• Reporting children's progress, behavior, and any concerns with the management team
• Maintain organized records of attendance, activities, and incident reports as needed
• Maintain a clean and tidy study space

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings is highly preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
• Ability to create engaging activities that promote learning and social development
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members
• Reliable, energetic, and committed to fostering a safe environment for all participants
