After-School Program Operator – Business Ownership Opportunity

GeniusLab operates after-school enrichment programs that bring engaging learning experiences directly to students at their schools. We’re looking for motivated, entrepreneurial people interested in launching and managing programs in their own local market.

You’ll receive training, systems, program resources, and ongoing support to help you operate and grow the business.

This opportunity can be managed entirely remotely. You’ll handle school relationships, scheduling, enrollment, instructor hiring and management, parent communication, and day-to-day business operations remotely. Instructors handle the in-person teaching at each school.

What you’ll do:

• Build relationships with local schools
• Coordinate new school locations and program schedules
• Recruit, hire, and manage instructors
• Grow student enrollment
• Communicate with schools, instructors, and families
• Oversee day-to-day operations remotely
• Launch additional school locations as you grow
• Build and manage your local operation

We’re looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, organized, comfortable communicating with people, and excited about building something of their own. Previous business ownership or education experience is helpful but not required.

This is a business owner/operator opportunity rather than a traditional salaried position. Operators are responsible for their local business expenses and earn based on the performance of the programs they build. Training, systems, program resources, and ongoing support are provided.

Pay: $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
