After School Program Staff

Impact Family Services LLC is seeking caring, dependable, and energetic individuals to join our After School Program team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants a rewarding part-time position making a positive impact in their community.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM
• Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to/from camp space.
• Supervise and engage children in a safe, positive environment.
• Assist with recreational activities, community outings, and enrichment programming.
• Encourage positive behavior and build supportive relationships with participants.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming program space.
• Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass a caregiver background check and criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
