After School Program Staff

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and supporting the personal growth of students.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of children in large group program
• Help students in various subjects, focusing on their individual needs and abilities.
• Manage classroom behavior through effective classroom management techniques.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Incorporate elements of childhood development into teaching practices to support emotional and social growth.
• Engage in extracurricular activities such as sports coaching
• Monday to Friday 2:30PM to 6:15PM - No Weekends

Qualifications

• High School Education / College Degree preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles
• Experience in childcare group setting
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching children.
• Experience in sports coaching or educational experience offered to students.
