Duties

• Plan, organize, and facilitate a variety of age-appropriate activities including arts, sports, educational games, and outdoor adventures to promote youth development.
• Supervise children during program hours, ensuring their safety through vigilant child supervision and adherence to behavior management protocols.
• Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Coordinate with team members to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate early childhood education principles and childhood development best practices.
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and community partners regarding children’s progress and program updates

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children in educational, childcare, camp, or youth program settings.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide youth in group activities.
• Experience facilitating youth group activities or teaching young children is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
