As a School Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and hearts of young learners. What you’ll do

• Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management techniques.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to encourage growth.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support student learning and well-being.
• Integrate special education strategies to accommodate students with varying needs.
• Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Engage students in extracurricular activities such as sports, theater, or tutoring programs to enhance their educational experience.
• Provide guidance and support in areas of childhood development, ensuring holistic growth for each student.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings.
• Strong skills in classroom management and behavior management strategies.
• Familiarity with early childhood education principles and practices.
• First aid certification is preferred to ensure student safety.
• Experience in special education or working with diverse learners is highly valued.
• Background in tutoring, babysitting, or camp counseling is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
