After-School Team Member
Support school-age children with special needs and strong behavioral challenges

Location: 316 6th Street South, Great Falls, MT
Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM – 5:45 PM (Following GFPS school schedule)

What You’ll Do:

• Help children with behavioral regulation and social-emotional growth
• Use positive behavior strategies and individualized support
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
• Collaborate with staff and families
• Follow Montana Childcare Licensing rules & trainings

Requirements:

• Experience with children with special needs and behavioral challenges preferred
• CPR & Pediatric First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Pass state background & fingerprint check
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift upto 50 lbs
• Follow GFPS schedule and Montana childcare regulations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
