A Live Oak Aftercare Teacher is a reliable and responsible individual who has experience working with students in a group setting. They are expected to uphold the mission of the school, embrace the classical model of education, and be faithful Christians.
Qualifications
- Exemplifies a Christian worldview in personal life
- Experience working with school aged students
- Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Presents a clear background check
Reports to: Aftercare Director
Job Duties
- Foster social, emotional, and educational development of children, ages 4-12, in an after-school program.
- Provide a safe, nurturing environment for Live Oak Classical students,
- Provide engaging age-appropriate play and educational activities
- Follow school policies and procedures.
The aftercare program runs M-F, from 3:30 to 5:30 pm.
