Aftersales Administrator

Caffery’s is seeking an organised and detail-focused Aftersales Administrator to join our Service team in Echuca. Working closely with the Aftersales Manager and Aftersales Coordinator, you will play a central role in service job administration, invoicing, warranty claims, purchasing and day-to-day customer support.

The role

We are requiring a reliable and accurate administrator who enjoys keeping details organised, following tasks through and supporting a team.

They must communicate clearly, work comfortably across competing deadlines and take pride in accurate records and customer service.

• Confident communication skills and a professional phone manner with internal and external customers.
• Strong administration, scheduling and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail across data entry of invoicing, purchasing and document control.
• Sound computer literacy, including Microsoft 365 programs.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with Pronto or in an automotive or agricultural machinery dealership will be highly regarded.
• An understanding of farming communities and rural operations would be an advantage.
