About the role

Join the team at Techdynamics OPC' as an Aftersales Assistant in our Bonifacio Global City Taguig City office. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day operations of our growing company. You will have the opportunity to work closely with various teams and contribute to the success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Handle return, refund, and replacement requests from customers (Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok).
• Process and validate warranty claims, DOA (dead on arrival), and damaged items.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and service center for investigation and resolution.
• File and manage appeals with platforms (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop).
• Collect and submit evidence (photos, videos, waybill, unboxing proof).
• Monitor case status until resolution and compensation.

Investigate issues like:

1. Missing items.
2. Wrong items.
3. Damaged or tampered goods.
4. Failed delivery/return issues.
5. Communicate with customers and internal teams.
6. Maintain accurate records and reports of all after-sales cases.

What we're looking for

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in e-commerce operations (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop).
• Knowledge of returns, refunds, and logistics flow.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Detail-oriented (important for evidence review and fraud/tampering detection).
• Ability to handle pressure and deadlines (platform SLA cases).
