Aftersales coordinator

Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating and monitoring technicians and field service activities to ensure timely completion of repairs, installations, maintenance, and customer service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily technician schedules, assignments, attendance, and field movements.
• Coordinate technician dispatch, site visits, installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Track work orders, service requests, job completion, and technician productivity.
• Communicate with technicians and customers regarding schedules, service status, and requirements.
• Prepare daily and weekly service reports, including pending, completed, and overdue jobs.
• Coordinate spare parts, tools, documents, and other requirements needed for field service.
• Escalate delays, customer complaints, technical issues, and unresolved service concerns.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure proper submission of job reports and service documentation.
• Monitor service KPIs such as response time, turnaround time, job completion, and technician utilization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in after-sales, field service, technical support, or operations coordination preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, monitoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work with field technicians and handle multiple service requests simultaneously.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
