AFTERSALES ENGINEER

Role Description

The Aftersales Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and engineering assistance to customers after the installation and turnover of solar PV systems. The position ensures that customer concerns, system issues, warranty claims, maintenance requirements, and technical service requests are properly assessed, resolved, documented, and coordinated with the appropriate internal teams.

The role serves as a key technical link between the customer, sales team, project management, installation team, suppliers, and management, ensuring continued system performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Preferably a Licensed Engineer.
• Experience in solar PV installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, or aftersales service is preferred.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, monitoring systems, and electrical components.
• Proficient in interpreting electrical diagrams, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and solar installation practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to conduct field/site visits and travel as required.
• Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
