- Prepare regular reports on after-sales activities, team performance, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensure the team complies with company policies, service standards, and health & safety guidelines.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate after-sales staff to improve performance and skill development.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers to enhance long-term business growth.
