Aftersales Manager

Gwili Jones Tractors are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work in and manage our aftersales team at our new Letterston branch. Working within a small and friendly parts and service team, key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

· Take service jobs in and organise small team of engineers

· Deal with customer's service & parts enquiries in person/over the counter, on the phone and online

· Manage and assist with stock control measures, ordering, receiving and allocation of parts to customers/jobs

· Oversee regular stock checks

· Manage and assist with managing and organising parts stock levels with up-to-date parts for necessary machines

· Manage workshop administration needs - booking in service jobs, invoicing etc.

· Assist with service warranty registration and claims and parts warranty claims.

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

· Strong IT skills

· Good communication skills

· Some knowledge of agricultural machinery

· A “Can-Do” attitude with ability to work under pressure

· Self-motivated

· Team player and approachable

The wage rate is dependent on experience within a similar role and level of knowledge of the IBCOS dealer management system. Experience with IBCOS is advantageous, and candidates with a strong understanding of the system will be considered for a higher salary starting point.

Hours will be from 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday year-round, Saturdays between 8am and 12:30pm on a rota basis. Extended hours required occasionally during busy periods.

Pay: £13.50-£15.50 per hour
