Aftersales Service Engineer

About the role

As an Aftersales Service Engineer, you will serve as an ambassador of Leistritz engaging directly with customers and providing aftersales service support and technical expertise across Fluid Technology with our Screw Pumps.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for after sales activities, includes service support, spare part inquiries, retrofits, and upgrades
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support to customers
• Perform field aftersales activities if required, including installation, start up, and troubleshooting of machine equipment
• Prepare field service reports and follow up on aftersales opportunities
• Handle equipment ranging from lab (R&D) scale to full production machines
• Support customers across industries, including Petrochemical, Chemical, Plastics, Oil & Gas

About you

• Min Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related)
• Experience min 3 years with rotating machinery, electrical instruments, PLCs, and variable speed controls is preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and electrical circuit/PID diagrams
• Willingness to travel and enjoy field work which sometimes may require hands on intervention
• Self-motivated, shows initiative, and able to work independently
• Prior field service experience in controls, inverters, or industrial rotating machinery is an advantage
• Fluent in English, able to converse in Mandarin
