Aftersales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily aftersales operations covering service, parts, warranty, and customer support activities.
• Monitor and analyze aftersales KPIs, including service revenue, parts sales, customer satisfaction, and warranty performance.
• Coordinate with service centers, dealers, and customers to resolve operational and technical issues.
• Develop and implement aftersales programs to improve customer retention and vehicle uptime.
• Manage and monitor parts availability and service support to meet customer requirements.
• Assist in planning and executing preventive maintenance, service campaigns, and warranty initiatives.
• Prepare reports, performance analysis, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support training and communication activities related to aftersales products, services, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Aftersales, Service Operations, Parts Operations, Warranty, Technical Support, or Customer Support.

• Experience in the automotive industry is required; experience in Bus, Truck, Commercial Vehicle, Heavy Equipment, or Fleet Management businesses is a strong advantage.

• Good understanding of aftersales business fundamentals, including service operations, spare parts management, warranty processes, and customer experience.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, dealers, and customers.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis/reporting.

• Customer-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
