AFTERSALES TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Job Summary
Provide technical support, troubleshoot vehicle issues, and coordinate solutions with dealers, service centers, and technical teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to dealers, service centers, and technicians.
• Analyze and diagnose technical issues related to vehicles, electrical systems, mechanical components, and vehicle software.
• Handle and follow up on technical cases reported by dealers and service centers until resolution.
• Coordinate with After-Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Communicate and coordinate with the China Technical/Engineering Team regarding complex technical cases.
• Provide technical guidance, repair instructions, and solutions to dealers and service technicians.
• Analyze recurring technical problems and provide recommendations for preventive actions and improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis and prepare technical reports for technical cases.
• Support the development and updating of technical manuals, troubleshooting guides, service bulletins, and technical SOPs.
• Conduct technical support sessions or training for dealer/service center technicians when required.
• Monitor unresolved technical cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide feedback regarding recurring field issues and potential product improvements.
• Conduct field visits to dealers and service centers within the assigned area.

Job Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive technical support, workshop, service, diagnostic, or aftersales.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, electronic, and diagnostic systems.
• Experienced in vehicle troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Familiar with automotive diagnostic tools and technical service procedures.
• Able to read and understand technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel regularly to dealers and service centers within the assigned area.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred due to coordination with the China Technical Team.
• Experience with EV, electric motorcycles, automotive technology, or new energy vehicles is an advantage.

Placement Area

Candidates must be willing to be placed in one of the following areas:

• AREA A: Jabodetabek, Cikarang, Depok & Bandung
• AREA B: Surabaya & surrounding areas / East Java
• AREA C: Yogyakarta & surrounding areas / Central Java

Note: Placement will be determined based on the company's business needs and the candidate's suitability for the assigned area.
