AFTERSALES TRAINER - MANDARIN SPEAKER

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Aftersales Trainer, Technical Support, or in a related position within the automotive industry.
• Good understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair processes. Experience with electric vehicles (EVs) is a plus.
• Able to develop and deliver technical training materials for technicians, mechanics, and aftersales teams.
• Strong ability to conduct training, coaching, and competency evaluations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written, to communicate with the technical team in China and translate training materials.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Willing to travel for business trips to dealers, service centers, and company operational areas as required.
• Willing to be assigned to the company's operational areas.
• Strong problem-solving, technical analysis, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to aftersales service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for aftersales teams and technicians.
• Provide training on products, vehicle systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair standards.
• Evaluate technician competency and provide recommendations for further development.
• Support the implementation of technical standards and service quality at dealers and service centers.
• Coordinate with the technical team in China regarding training materials, methods, and requirements.
• Assist in translating and adapting technical materials from Mandarin into Indonesian.
• Conduct field visits for monitoring, coaching, and identifying training needs.
