Position: Afterschool Educator / Bus Driver

Keeping It Positive Learning Academy (KIPLA) is seeking a dependable, energetic, and nurturing individual who enjoys working with school-age children!

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Safely transport scholars from school to the academy.

Assist scholars with homework and academic assignments.
Supervise outdoor play and recreational activities.
Plan and implement engaging, hands-on learning activities.
Maintain a safe, positive, and structured afterschool environment.
Encourage positive behavior, teamwork, and social development.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 months of previous experience working in an afterschool program.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Experience working with school-age children.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Must be dependable, patient, and enthusiastic.
Must meet all applicable childcare and transportation requirements.

Location: Austell / Lithia Springs, GA
